Fun Engagement Photos in Oceanside
“Do you two ever dance?” I asked soon after meeting Nick and Kellsea in Oceanside. We had decided to start at an abandoned drive-in movie lot so I was excited to add some spunk to the grungey scene. The response was reluctant so after a quick twirl I decided to save their closeted moves for later.
But slowly and surely the grooves of their love unfolded in front of the lens and it was obvious that Nick and Kellsea share a special relationship. Nick’s simple and down to earth nature balances the passion and quirk that slips out of Kellsea. They fit perfectly and clearly care about one another deeply and I loved witnessing it.
I also loved seeing their dancing finally come out as our time together neared the end. I inquired about their moves again and the two immediately started shimmying and booty-shaking right there in the Harbor. “You’re a closet-goofball, aren’t you?” I said with a laugh as my camera captured their sequence of awesomeness. “Totally,” they both responded. This makes me very excited for their wedding next summer.
