Little Teddy got baptized on a warm sunny [winter] day earlier this month at the Serra Chapel in the San Juan Capistrano Mission. I love how the history whispers from the walls in that place; with two hundred years and countless moments sealed in every crack and crevice, the place just speaks to you.
So Teddy’s name got added to the same registrar as the very first baby baptized in the Serra Chapel while his family and godfathers vowed to stand by him in his faith. I love that I was there to capture it for them, and for Teddy, because the little dude slept through most of the service…
Teddy’s big sister was too cool for school and said ‘no more pictures…’ I can’t blame her. It was a big day.
