May is Mental Health Month, a time of observance to spread the word about mental health and its affects on our community. My good friend and warrior Abigail Zebrowski is hosting a guest series of writings on her blog, Sidereal Catalyst. The first one is live, and though I’ve never suffered from anorexia or anything close to an eating disorder, I immediately recognized the woman in the mirror with whom Lizzie converses. Body image and issues plague our society and I am honored to share one woman’s story in #hope that others can connect with her battle.
