I have this friend, that is not only beautiful on the outside, but incredibly so on the inside too. She’s smart, hard working, full of integrity, grace and witty AF. Although we went to the same elementary school, we crossed paths later in life through the photography world and I’m uber thankful. I got to know her just before she had her first son, and it’s been such a joy to witness her blossom into parenthood. She’s pretty damn good at it, if I do say so myself.
Anyway, I’ve been asking her for years to get in front of my camera, and despite her repeated refusals, she finally asked me to do their family portraits this year! What a gift. I think she and her boys need to get their photos taken more often, wouldn’t you say?
