Boudoir Photos | Wholly Stunning

Photographing women is one of my favorite things to do. Women are simply a stunning subject. Why? Well for some reason, women open up to me differently. Women look through my lens a little more sensitively, a little more freely and quite often, women are able to reveal themselves to me and my camera a little more wholly.

Then when you remove layers of clothing, it’s like the rest of the walls suddenly crumble down. It’s like stripping inhibitions off one by one, peeling back layers of who they show the world they are, and opening up to who they are really underneath it all. They stare me right in the eye, look through my lens, and truth flows out. It’s a stunning thing to see.

Some women do it for their husbands. Some do it for their boyfriends. Some women take boudoir portraits simply because she wants to. She wants to have fun. She wants to feel sexy. She wants to explore her sensuality. She wants to have confidence. She wants to be happy with what she’s got!

And if that’s not wholly stunning, I don’t know what is.

rinku mathew - Yes, that is stunning, and very appealing. Relatedly, what you learned from shooting men?

rinku mathew - *hmm. Not sure what happened but “have” is missing in my question.
