South by Southwest is a music festival that literally takes over Austin. Already there’s live music everywhere in that town, but during SXSW, there’s literally music on every corner. People set up stages in parking lots, back alleys, or just pull out their guitars on the streets. Music dances in your ears every step you take.
So I set out to walk around! I started out by filling my belly with some bbq (naturally) and mosied about, running into old friends, supporting musician friends and making new friends along the way. Here’s a quick photographic tour through my 24 hours in Austin…and I should mention these are all just quick snaps between all the fun I was having…I didn’t intend on documenting my day there with the camera but it kind of ended up happening. Wish I had more to share. Always.
