Sometimes when fellow photogs get too busy or tied up with this or that, we send each other business. It’s great! Such was the case when the lovely Anna Kwan sent me to shoot a quick engagement session for Jessica and Max…
So I met the cute couple at Marina del Rey by their former digs. They spent a lot of time together getting to know one another on those sands and you could tell by the way they walked around and giggled together that it was a space of comfort and free fun. Jessica’s smile was bold and beaming the entire hour we were together while Max just smiled back with a fondness that manifested itself in his small glances and light embraces with his bride-to-be.
They wanted to include their dogs into the session so about halfway through we grabbed the pooches out of the car and let them loose on the beach. The four ran around and pranced together in perfect harmony as the sun began to sink below our beautiful soCal horizon. Great way to end a day.
